We’ve seen, time and again, far-left activists ruining events. Climate alarmists have glued themselves to counters, preventing people from buying goods or food. Others have tried to deface famous works of art, receiving intense backlash from the international community.

More recently, two progressive students tried to destroy the Constitution by dumping a red powder onto the case in which it was held.

For some reason, college-aged progressives think they are doing something when they outrage regular people. A few of them decided to crash a gala put on by Republican leaders in D.C. The obnoxious activists tried to get into a row with Sen. J D Vance. But they quickly learned that Republicans don’t tolerate this kind of nonsense.

On Wednesday, climate activists disrupted a gala hosted by the American Moment at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Washington, DC featuring Republican Senator JD Vance, political commentator David Sacks, and former Trump White House Chief-of-Staff Mark Meadows.

The disruption ultimately failed, and the agitators were thrown out by US military veteran Tom Sauer and other guests in attendance.

Video from the encounter seems to show several climate activists accosting attendees of this Republican-hosted gala. Young women who were working at the event were assaulted by the protestors. They shouted at Sen. Vance while he was giving remarks, chanting climate slogans.

That’s when several of the attendees swooped into action. U.S. military veteran Tom Sauer quickly grabbed the loud agitators and threw them out. The thin, pale progressives were no match for the Republican men, who were nearly twice their size.

At one point, newsman Jack Posobiec intervened to stop the activists from assaulting the staff.

Moments like this are becoming increasingly common. Progressive activists have tried to disrupt everything from special events to everyday activities. Democrats, for their part, often encourage this behavior—claiming it will promote “change.”

They are not so cheery when these same progressives turn on them. Climate alarmists have harassed Democrat members of Congress in recent years. Anti-Israel progressives have even accosted “socialist” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez while she was at a movie theater.

She did not have any strong Republican men around to help her.
