New York Attorney General Letitia James has apparently staked her career on going after Donald Trump. Previous New York DAs tried to find dirt on the former president. But many of them quit because, it seems, they could not build a case against him.
James shocked the nation when she sued Trump over the wild claim that he “overvalued” his million-dollar properties. She got a judge to go along with her scheme, a seeming anti-Trump judge who ruled against the former president.
Many Americans think that the trial was rigged against Trump from the very start. And that includes many Americans living in the Big Apple. It appears not everyone in New York is a leftist Democrat. And when James attended an NYFD event, she was greeted by a few of them.

New York AG Letitia James attended a swearing-in of Rev. Pamela Holmes, the first black female chaplain of the FDNY. Although modern liberals believe gender is fluid, they still never miss an opportunity to pounce on moments like this.
No doubt, James wanted to take some of the credit for this black woman’s success. But she was quickly reminded that not everyone in New York is a Trump-hating liberal.
She was met with boos from firefighters attending the event. The woman tried to scold the hard-working men and women, treating them like children when she said “Simmer down.”
I guess talk like that works in the politically correct environment of the DA’s office. But when you risk your life every day to protect New Yorkers, you don’t have much appreciation for career politicians.
Soon, the crowd started to chant, “Trump! Trump! Trump!” leaving no doubt about why they hated James. This was certainly not the reception this (affirmative action hire) was expecting from a group of New Yorkers.
But if folks within the NYFD are siding with Trump, who knows how many New Yorkers are coming around?
