Now a couple of southern fishermen may have the answer to netting a big constitutional win against king Biden. They’ve had enough of Biden’s royal arrogance, and they plan to reel in his power grab.

Commercial fishermen George Arnesen of Louisiana and Ryan Bradley of Mississippi argue that Congress has placed regulatory authority in the hands of an “unconstitutional regime” that puts local fisherman “at the mercy of unaccountable bureaucrats who answers only to themselves.”

Plaintiffs in the case say that the government has been bestowed a “broad policymaking ‘authority over the fisheries in the Gulf of Mexico.'” This and eight Regional Fishery Management Councils, the complaint continues, rule over fishermen who have no democratic process to challenge government actions.

That means laws and taxation without representation. This case is kind of flashback to another rebellion on the eastern coast that involved tea and rowdy party of patriots.

Government overreach in federal waters has been a problem for years. Congress set this wave of anti-constitution acts in motion years ago and Biden is doubling down wherever he can.

That ship doesn’t sail for freedom-loving Americans. Bureaucrats shouldn’t be taking over the work of Congress and changing laws with every shift in the political winds. Biden’s regime needs to be packed on ice for all its attacks on capitalism and freedom.

Don’t think that these fishermen aren’t wise to the ways of crooked politicians. These guys are going after the government with a constitutional intensity that could sink Biden’s regime like an iceberg hitting a cruise ship.
