Biden Makes a Colossal Mistake on Live TV – America Is Furious with Joe’s 1 Unpatriotic Move

What’s Happening:

Presentation and perception are two important elements of being in the military. Both support the ideals of showing respect for other members of the military and honoring those who have earned distinction while in service to our country.

Failure to show a proper level of respect during a military presentation or even giving the perception of such a dishonorable action is a low blow to all who have served. Military leaders and politicians, especially those at the highest levels, should know how to act during formal occasions or at least be properly guided in how to act.

A sad reality about our president today is that he doesn’t know how to act like a distinguished leader in formal situations or he has memory lapses similar to when he can’t remember how to walk up stairs. This is a problem for the country as Joe Biden continues to make gaffes in public that look bad to everyone watching.

From Fox News:

Social media users erupted after video appeared to show President Biden leaving a White House Medal of Honor ceremony early, before the closing prayer.

The video provides evidence for the argument that Biden appeared to bolt out of the room in a show of disrespect for the U.S. military veteran receiving the nation’s highest military honor. This happened after Biden placed the medal on former U.S. Army Captain Larry Taylor.

Taylor, 81, was being honored for his heroics as a helicopter pilot during the Vietnam War where he helped save four soldiers surrounded by the enemy in 1968. Biden praised Taylor for his actions and then placed the medal around Taylor’s neck. That’s when things got weird.

As people were applauding Taylor, Biden stepped off stage, hustled through the middle aisle of the crowd, and disappeared. Biden didn’t wait for the applause to stop or for the concluding prayer. He was just gone, leaving Taylor standing onstage by himself.

One person could be seen glancing at Biden as he exited and she had a quizzical look on her face as if wondering, “Where’s he going?” Biden’s presentation during the event, or lack of it, didn’t play well for public perception on social media. People expressed their disappointment on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Conservative influencer Graham Allen posted, “Biden just DITCHED the closing prayer of the Medal of Honor ceremony… Absolutely ABHORRENT.”

“BREAKING: Biden bizarrely walks out of ceremony honoring veterans at the White House before it concludes. It’s clear he’s suffering from cognitive decline but Blue MAGA refuses to see it. They’re conditioned to defend their leader & party no matter what,” podcaster Ryan Knight wrote.

This isn’t Biden’s first award presentation. Video from previous Medal of Honor awards ceremonies in 2020 and 2021 showed Biden remaining on stage through the concluding prayer and leaving only after the event was dismissed and the White House band began playing.

Biden’s handlers might want to show him replays of these past videos to help him remember his place when presenting awards. Public perception is a big deal as the 2024 presidential election continues, and Biden appearing lost at events isn’t helping his campaign.

Key Takeaways:

  • Joe Biden appears to walk off stage early at White House ceremony.
  • Military Medal of Honor recipient was left standing alone on stage.
  • Social media hammers Biden for appearing to snub military hero.
