The 2024 Election has been a tale of two leaders. One respects individual and state’s rights while the other one plows right over them in the quest for more power.
Donald Trump has advocated for states choosing their abortion policies. He wants more money in taxpayer pockets, not less.
Biden, on the other hand, wants Roe v. Wade reinstated. He is trying to ram through billions in student loan forgiveness paid for by American taxpayers without their consent. And now another concerning move by Biden is being exposed.

Greg Abbott opposed a proposal that could shift members of the Air National Guard to roles in the Space Force without the consent of their respective governors.The Republican governor argued the measure would sideline governors as the commanders in chief of the National Guard in each state and U.S. territory.
“By departing from this sensible arrangement, and allowing the Secretaries to dismantle National Guard units on a whim, Legislative Proposal 480 would set a dangerous precedent,” he added.
What does Biden think he is doing? The National Guard is directed by state governors, not by POTUS. The President seems to think he runs everything and can just rule by fiat.
And Governor Abbott is having none of it. He knows the Texas Air National Guard answers to him, and the National Guard of other states should be protected as well from being reassigned into the federal Space Force.
For sure, it would be a thrill to be a part of the Trump-created sixth branch of the military, the Space Force. Many people like me were once kids who dreamed of becoming astronauts and reaching for the stars.
But every individual who signs up to serve knows who they are serving. But Biden, seemingly without communicating or requesting help, is trying to move the National Guard into federal service.
This action mimics Biden’s fairly regular disregard for the Supreme Court and bypassing Congress to fund his initiatives. Joe should take it as a sign: when co-equal authorities push back and say no, he should back off.
