Top Biden Official’s Career Suddenly Ends – Then He Sends Joe a Nasty Message

What’s Happening:

A chorus of critics has come out in the aftermath of the Hamas attack on Israel. While millions around the world support the country, a growing number of progressive Democrats are seemingly siding with those who attacked Israel.

Both Republicans and Democrats in Washington have reaffirmed the U.S.’s support for Israel. Top federal officials, including Joe Biden, have traveled to Israel and vowed support through this war.

But many on the left continue to stand against Israel, and they’re even protesting America’s ongoing alliance with the one Jewish state in the world. And now, even a top State Department official appears to be siding with this group–and is jumping ship.

From Just the News:
An 11-year veteran of the U.S. State Department has resigned his position over President Joe Biden’s handling of the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict…

“… I believe to the core of my soul that the response Israel is taking, and with it the American support both for that response, and for the status quo of the occupation, will only lead to more and deeper suffering for both the Israeli and the Palestinian people – and is not in the long term American interest,” he asserted.

Director of Congressional & Public Affairs for the State Department, John Paul, quit his job over America’s support for Israel. The 11-year veteran of the agency criticized President Biden and the federal government for supporting the nation’s right to defend itself from terrorism.

Paul called the Hamas attack “a monstrosity of monstrosities.” But for some reason, he criticized Israel’s response to over 1,400 of their civilians being murdered and kidnapped. Much like Paul, progressives have been criticized for allegedly taking the side of terrorists.

Some have failed to make a distinction between Palestinian civilians and the group that staged the attack. Others appear to be openly supporting Hamas’s actions, calling Israel an “apartheid state.” Many progressives around the world apparently do not think Israel’s response was appropriate.

It should be noted that Israel has extended peace treaties with Palestine for decades, and in return, radical groups within Gaza and other places have only spread fear and violence against Israelis.

Various experts have explained that the unspeakable attack against Israel demanded a response. Hamas invaded Israel, targeting helpless civilians, including grandparents and infants. Had Israel not gone to war in response, Hamas would have been free to do it again in the future.

Those calling for peace might be accused of being only concerned for the well-being of Palestinians. These same critics supported Biden when he backed Ukraine; yet now, they are outraged America is helping Israel defeat their enemies.

Key Takeaways:

  • A top State Department veteran is resigning over the U.S.’s support for Israel.
  • Josh Paul criticized Israel’s response to a terror attack that resulted in thousands dead.
  • Many progressives around the world appear to be defending Palestine while condemning Israel.
