Soon after Democrats railed Donald Trump over documents in his home, Joe Biden was outed for doing the same thing. Except, these documents were from his vice presidency—and he did not have the authority to declassify anything.

Now, Special Counsel Hur has released a report on his investigation. The official did not recommend charges against the sitting president. But his reason could do far more damage to Biden than a criminal trial.

In one of the most scathing and critical reports on a president ever, Special Counsel Hur called President Biden an “elderly man with a poor memory.” During his investigation, he discovered what could only be called alarming findings about the man currently serving in the highest position in our country.
Hur revealed that during his interview with President Biden, the Democrat could not recall quite a bit of information about his own life. Hur said Biden’s memory “appeared to have significant limitations.”
The special counsel even revealed Biden struggled to remember when he was vice president. And he couldn’t recall the day his son, Beau, died. Hur didn’t think Biden could stand trial, because no jury would convict a man who struggles this much to remember things.
