How do I log in?+
Go to /member-login/. Enter the same email you used to subscribe. We’ll email you a magic link — click it to log in. No password needed.
I logged in but I still see ads. What should I do?+
Make sure you’re logged in on the same device and browser you’re using now. If you logged in on your laptop but are reading on your phone or tablet, log in again there.

Can I stay logged in on multiple devices?+
Yes. You can be logged in on multiple devices — your laptop, phone, and tablet — at the same time.
How do I manage my subscription or change my plan?+
Go to My Account while logged in. There, you can access your secure billing page to update your payment method, switch between monthly and annual plans, or cancel your membership.
How do I cancel my membership?+
Go to My Account while logged in. Select Manage Billing to open your billing portal. You can cancel anytime, and your benefits remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
What happens after I cancel?+
You’ll continue to enjoy all benefits until your current billing period expires. After that, your ad-free experience and member perks will automatically end.
How do I upgrade from monthly to annual membership?+
Go to My Account while logged in. From there, choose Manage Billing and switch to the discounted annual plan anytime.
What are the current member benefits?+
Members enjoy an ad-free reading experience, the option to add their name to the Founding Members Wall, a badge next to their name in comments, and access to our private Insiders Facebook group — with more perks coming soon.
Where can I view the Founding Members Board?+
Visit the Founding Members Board at /supporters/ to view member names and how your name appears.
Can I share my membership with family members?+
Yes. You can share your login with immediate family members in your household.
