Conservatives often warn that traditional American values are under attack by the far left. Often, we see Democrats at the state and local level pushing policies that jeopardize the religious liberties of many Americans.

Under the Biden administration, Americans have had to push back repeatedly to prevent the federal government from running over their religious rights.

Again, we’ve seen the Biden administration try to force Christians to embrace policies that violate their sacredly-held beliefs. This one move would force Christian employers to spend money on “procedures” they believe are wrong. The issue was taken to federal court. And this is how it ruled.

A federal judge in North Dakota ruled on Monday that the Biden administration cannot compel Christian employers and health care providers to pay for transgender surgeries and other procedures.

[Judge Daniel] Traynor, a Trump nominee, said that the Christian groups were protected under religious liberty protections from being forced to provide “gender transition services.”

Agencies from the Biden administration used discrimination law to force Christian employers to pay for transgender surgeries and other procedures for employees. The Christian Employers Alliance sued the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Department of Health and Human Services.

A federal judge out of North Dakota ruled in favor of the employers. He decided that Christian employers’ “sincerely held religious belief” about gender is protected by the First Amendment.

This ruling will probably be challenged by the Biden administration, but this is a big win for religious Americans.

Democrats have pushed progressive rules with seemingly little regard for the First Amendment rights of Americans. They have tried to destroy businesses for not agreeing with the left’s LGBT agenda. On top of this, Democrats in the media have slandered Christians as “hateful” for simply not agreeing with liberals’ views on sexuality and gender.

The fight over transgenderism continues to rage. Americans, including red states, have pushed back on laws that encourage transgenderism in public schools. Parents, regardless of political background, appear to be siding with conservatives on this issue.
