Special Counsel Robert Hur released a report on his investigation of Biden’s mishandling of classified documents. While he did not recommend charges, that was hardly the part of his report people are concerned about.
The investigator called into question Biden’s memory, highlighting several damning moments when Biden struggled to remember when he was vice president. During one interview, he even said, “I am still vice president?”
This seems to confirm what critics have been saying for years: that Biden’s cognitive decline makes him unfit for office. Republicans aren’t sitting down over this bombshell report. And they are starting to sharpen their knives against this Democrat.

But many are calling for Biden to resign, over the claims that his memory is failing him. One Republican is going further than just calling for Joe to resign. She is looking to evoke the 25th Amendment.

Claudia Tenney is calling for the Cabinet to “explore” the use of the Constitution’s 25th Amendment to remove President Biden from office, following Special Counsel Robert Hur’s “alarming” report…“So it is incumbent upon you to explore proceedings to remove the President pursuant to the 25th Amendment to the United States Constitution,” Tenney wrote. “President Biden needs to be charged, or he needs to be removed.”
Rep. Claudia Tenney issued a scathing rebuke to the DOJ for giving Biden a pass. She said that it was “unethical” to refuse to charge Biden over his cognitive condition. She then said that if he wasn’t going to be charged “he needs to be removed.”
It is unknown if Congress will side with Tenney. But this report blows the lid off of something we’ve been talking about for years. Democrats can no longer ignore questions about Biden’s mental health. More congressmen may side with Tenney.
