Pelosi’s Hairgate Turns Into Massgate – Nancy Admits She Went To Banned Mass, Now Says She Misspoke

What’s Happening:

Plenty of Americans accuse their leaders of thinking they are above the law.

Nancy Pelosi only encouraged this, when she broke lockdown rules to get her hair done at a salon.

(She even was seen not wearing a mask.)

Now it looks like Hairgate may not have been the only time she broke the rules, while expecting everyone else to follow them:

Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office told CNA Friday evening that she “misspoke” when she described “recently” attending Mass in a San Francisco church, despite the city’s months-long ban on indoor Masses…

Cordileone had pointed out the city’s ban on indoor religious services—except for funerals—during the pandemic while gyms and hair salons were allowed to serve some customers indoors.

Pelosi answered that “I have been to church in San Francisco recently, and I did receive Communion.”

Pelosi recently admitted she attended Mass in San Francisco and even received Communion.

The problem? Church services—including Catholic Mass—have been banned due to the city’s lockdown rules.

Even Archbishop Cordileone was forced to stage a protest to demand the resuming of religious services.

So, how did Pelosi attend Mass and receive Communion? She even said she had to “sign up” and “got in under the wire.”

Her office is now saying she “misspoke,” claiming it was virtual. There are a few problems with that.

Firstly, why do you need to “sign up” to attend a virtual service? She said there were only two spots left. That doesn’t seem right.

Secondly, how can you take Communion—which involves receiving and consuming the Sacraments from a priest—virtually as well?

Doesn’t that require you to be in a physical church service?

Something isn’t adding up, is it?

We know Pelosi broke the rules to go get her hair done. She later blamed the salon—as if the Speaker isn’t responsible for her own actions.

Now it appears she was able to attend a Mass (perhaps an exclusive service for a select few), while most churchgoers are stuck at home.

Did she really “misspeak”? She seems to be doing that a lot, lately. Almost as much as Joe Biden.

I doubt most Americans would care if Pelosi went to Mass. But when her city denies this fundamental right to everyone else, we have a serious problem.

Key Takeaways:

  • Nancy Pelosi claimed she went to mass and received Communion, despite church services banned in SF.
  • Her office is now claiming she misspoke, although that contradicts what she said.
  • The Speaker said she had to sign up and had to compete for “two spots” that were left.
