President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, allegedly took photographs with his phone of “apparent” cocaine, crack cocaine, and other drug paraphernalia, according to court documents filed by Biden’s Department of Justice.“During November and December 2018, the defendant took multiple photographs and videos of apparent cocaine, crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia,” the DOJ said in a Tuesday court filing.
The connection to drug activity is important because Hunter Biden faces multiple felony gun charges. Allegations are that he lied on a background check form to purchase a firearm. The photo evidence points to him allegedly falsely claiming that he was not addicted drugs.
Photos in the court filing were graphic, showing a box that allegedly appeared to contain drugs and drug paraphernalia, and alleged lines of what appears to be cocaine on some sort of surface.
This photo evidence was revealed after a federal grand jury indicted Hunter Biden, 53, last year. Charges are related to him buying a Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver while he was allegedly using drugs in October 2018. If convicted, he could face a maximum of 25 years in prison and up to $750,000 in fines.

“Between 2016 and October 15, 2020, the Defendant spent this money on drugs, escorts and girlfriends, luxury hotels and rental properties, exotic cars, clothing, and other items of a personal nature, in short, everything but his taxes,” prosecutors said.
