It has been astonishing to watch the unraveling of the news media ever since then-candidate Donald Trump announced his entrance into the race for the White House. The once liberal-leaning news media has since transformed into a radical, leftist wing of the Democrat party that admittedly is willing to do almost anything to destroy former President Trump.
Leftist media personalities have banded together to attack Trump by any means necessary, even lying about him. These supposed journalists, especially the ones who once served in a political capacity for Joe Biden, are vicious in their tactics.
One former Biden administration lackey decided to write a book about her time in the White House. Now one of the “truths” she shared for all the world to see may get her hauled before Congress.

Former White House press secretary and current MSNBC host Jen Psaki could face a subpoena from the House Foreign Affairs Committee over a false claim she made about President Joe Biden in her book.“As a private citizen, willing and able to publish a memoir on her tenure as White House Press Secretary, I encourage Ms. Psaki to refrain from relying on thin legal arguments to dodge her responsibility to appear before Congress,” House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) wrote to Psaki’s lawyer Emily Loeb on Tuesday.
“The Committee will not tolerate Ms. Psaki’s continued obstruction of its critical investigation,” McCaul said.
McCaul is considering issuing Psaki a subpoena if she fails to schedule an interview with the committee. The committee is investigating the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan. The committee wants Psaki to answer for a falsehood in her book about Biden’s behavior at a ceremony for U.S. soldiers killed during the withdrawal.
Psaki noted in her book that Biden did not look at his watch during the ceremony remembering the deceased soldiers. Photographs from the Associated Press proved he looked at his watch. Psaki said she would remove those lines from the book in future reprints and the e-book.
Psaki has been dodging the House committee since last September while she still worked in the White House. Her continued evasiveness does not sit well with House Republicans.
“It is troubling that Ms. Psaki seeks to profit off the Afghanistan tragedy, and has felt comfortable writing accounts and making them available to the general public, but refuses to make herself available to Congress,” McCaul stated.
GOP leaders must realize that leftists like Psaki won’t ever give an inch to anyone who doesn’t fit into their narrative. The House committee should just go ahead with the subpoena knowing full well Psaki won’t ever show unless she faces legal action.
