She got trounced in 2018 but still says she won – and now she’s doing a 180 on the Democrats.
Do you remember Stacey Abrams, fellow patriots?
She’s a failed gubernatorial candidate in Georgia who lost her election last year and, of course, blamed it on her race and a rigged election.
So, of course, she’s been thinking about running for President. Obvious next step, right?
But she said she wasn’t doing it to get attention as a VP pick—she went as far as turning down Biden when he wanted to consider her.
So she’s jumping to the race now, right? Not exactly…
Instead she announced, after all these months of thinking about it, she won’t be running for president. But she’s very open to another option.

Stacey Abrams revealed on Wednesday that she is now open to joining the top of the ticket with any of the Democratic presidential contenders…
‘I would be honored to be considered by any nominee,’ Abrams told The New York Times.
Wait. What about that whole “I won’t run for second place” thing?
She makes it clear that she’d consider siding with any nominee, a sharp contrast to her earlier statement.
It’s clear that despite losing her state gubernatorial run, Abrams doesn’t want to be done with politics yet, even if politics is done with her.
It just looks really sad and pathetic to go from being choosy, to saying please…anyone? Anyone?!
In addition to this most recent stunt, she’s considering a second governor run in 2022, for example, and she hasn’t ruled out the Senate or even a future presidential run for herself.
This just reeks of desperation. Before she wasn’t content with second place and now, she’s really pushing to be in a position of power.
Maybe she’s desperate because she’s proven she can’t win. Or maybe she’s desperate because she knows she’s not exactly popular.
Either way, this probably doesn’t top her continued argument that she won the Governor race and had it stolen from her.
Sorry, Stacey, but I’m pretty sure the American people are getting tired of the desperate act.
