Supreme Court Home Protesters Could Be in Deep Trouble – Bill Barr Confirms Federal Law Could Send Picketers to Prison

What’s Happening:

When the Supreme Court ruling on Roe was leaked, Democrats melted down. And they sicced their activist dogs on the highest court in the land.

Joe Biden’s office claimed they were simply protesting the end of Roe v. Wade. But the “protests” took on a much more sinister edge when they targeted justices’ homes.

Now, former Attorney General Bill Barr is confirming these protesters are actually breaking the law.

18 U.S.C. § 1507 prohibits attempts to intimidate judges into changing their rulings.

The statute reads: “Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.”

Bill Barr blasted Democrats who were going to Supreme Court justices’ homes to “protest.” He revealed they were breaking federal law and could be imprisoned.

According to federal law, it is a crime to try to influence a judge. The law specifically includes “pickets or parades” near a court or residence of a judge.

It seems Democrats need to brush up on their knowledge of federal law. They even organized these protests, posting the justices’ personal information online.

Perhaps they violated more than one federal law in the process.

This law might even be used to prosecute the original leaker. It is clear this person leaked the draft opinion to spark outrage. All so that outside forces would manipulate the court.

This or similar laws might be invoked to prove this leaker was trying to coerce the court into changing its ruling. If that’s not against the law, I don’t know what is.

But it’s safe to say that neither Joe Biden nor anyone within his DOJ, will bother arresting or prosecuting these criminals.

It will take Republicans in Congress to hold Biden accountable before we see any justice done.
