After Supreme Court Rules Against Texas – Gov. Abbott Fires Off Blistering 4-Word Response

A battle is raging between the state of Texas and the Biden administration. Texas has been overwhelmed by illegal aliens, crossing over thanks to the open border. Biden’s DHS has been cutting down barriers used by the state to prevent illegal entry.

Biden’s administration quickly rushed to the Supreme Court to prevent Texas from defending its border. And the court made a ruling on its emergency request.

From The Post Millennial:
The US Supreme Court ruled that Border Patrol agents are allowed to remove razor wire that was installed by Texas…

The four justices that ruled against the emergency request were Justices Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.

Two Republican-appointed justices, John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett, voted with the liberal wing to allow Biden to cut down Texas razor wire. Biden’s administration claimed they needed to cut down the wire to help aliens who already crossed the border. This ruling will allow the federal government to remove barriers intended to discourage illegal immigration.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, who has declared the border crisis an invasion, quickly responded to the ruling.

From Daily Wire:
“This is not over,” Abbott said, responding to the ruling. “Texas’ razor wire is an effective deterrent to the illegal crossings Biden encourages. I will continue to defend Texas’ constitutional authority to secure the border and prevent the Biden Admin from destroying our property.”

Gov. Abbott vowed that the battle to protect Texas from Biden’s border crisis was not over. He stood by his view that the razor wire is “an effective deterrent” to the millions of migrants who are crossing illegally into the state. Abbott has also signed a law criminalizing illegal immigration. He has used the Texas Nation Guard to defend the border.

The shocking Supreme Court ruling is not final. The case has been taken up by the court, but oral arguments begin next month. However, this initial decision will allow Biden to remove barriers along the Texas-Mexico border, allowing untold numbers of aliens into the country.

The Biden administration has seemingly gone out of its way to aid illegal aliens—often at the detriment of American citizens and communities. Large cities have become overrun with migrants, with Biden refusing to provide a solution to this unsustainable situation.

Key Takeaways:

  • The Supreme Court ruled Biden can remove razor wire along the Texas border.
  • Texas Gov. Abbott vowed the fight isn’t over; Texas has been leading the battle to secure the U.S. border.
  • The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in February, as millions continue to pour into the U.S.
