Seconds After Trump Shows Up at Swing State College – The Crowd Starts 1 Overwhelming Chant

What’s Happening:

In just the last few months, the Democratic establishment has thrown one attack after another at Donald Trump. Democrat prosecutors have indicted him four times, over a wide range of charges. The mainstream media has brandished the former president as guilty before being proven innocent.

A swarm of GOP candidates have been trying to unseat Trump–gunning for the nomination. But all eyes were on Iowa State over the weekend. The major primary state was hosting a big game. Numerous Republican candidates were on hand, in desperate bids to win over support. Trump, however, made a visit to the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity. This is how the boys responded.

From The Post Millennial:

Iowa State college students went wild for former President Donald Trump as he visited the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity at Iowa State University, grilled burgers, and threw autographed footballs to the crowd before the Iowa vs. Iowa State football game on Saturday.

Trump arrived at the house to a welcoming applause, but not to be outdone by the massive crowd outside who sang Alabama’s hit song Dixie Land Delight as the former president checked out the burgers on the grill.

Before the game, Trump made a visit to one of the school’s fraternity houses. Trump wowed the crowd by throwing out signed footballs, but he even spent time flipping burgers. A massive crowd formed to welcome the former president. You would have thought a rock star had suddenly shown up.

But that reception was only topped when he arrived at the game.

From Daily Wire:

Former President Donald Trump attended the annual Iowa-Iowa State rivalry football game on Saturday, where security wedged Trump through large crowds of fans chanting “U-S-A.”

Other candidates had attended the game, but it doesn’t seem they generated a response as big as Trump’s. It seems there are many people in Iowa who are excited to get a glimpse of the former president.

Should this be an indicator of Trump’s popularity in the top primary state, then the other GOP rivals have their work cut out for them.

Key Takeaways:

  • Trump was met with massive enthusiasm and support during an Iowa State game.
  • A large crowd gathered to see him when he visited the Alpha Gamma Rho frat house.
  • Crowds chanted “U-S-A” when he arrived at the stadium for the game.
