What’s Happening:
Democrats are still playing games, even as Americans suffer. Despite rising crime and numerous economic problems, liberals in New York are wasting time… suing Donald Trump. The New York Attorney General Letitia James failed to get a conviction against Trump.
So, she is suing him alleging fraud. The woman wants $250 million in a lawsuit that just makes her look like an obsessed fan girl–not a pillar of law and justice. Trump is not taking this sitting down. He is fighting fire with fire, suing the so-called attorney general.

Former President Donald Trump has launched a counteroffensive against New York Attorney General Letitia James with a lawsuit accusing her of harassment…
“While James does nothing to protect New York against these violent crimes and criminals, she attacks great and upstanding businesses which have done nothing wrong, like the very successful, job and tax producing Trump Organization that I have painstakingly built over a long period of years.”
James sued Trump, accusing him and his family of cheating banks to get loans. Naturally, she has no evidence to prove this–which makes her entire agenda questionable (and politically tainted). Trump fired back, claiming this suit is just to get a look at his financials.
Trump accused James of essentially using the courts to conduct a vendetta-driven fishing exhibition, “to look for ways to recklessly injure me, my family, my businesses, and my tens of millions of supporters.”
James has tried numerous times to frame Trump for various crimes. Like many other Democrats in D.C., she has abused her power and the court system to dig through Trump’s personal records. Most recently, Biden’s DOJ conducted a raid on Trump’s home on the pretense of looking for classified documents.
But it seems more likely they were looking for anything incriminating James could use against him. This is why the FBI searched his entire home, including his wife’s wardrobe.
If Trump did nothing, or even settled with James, the gloves would be off. There would be no Republican or conservative leader the left wouldn’t sue, to intimidate and rob them blind. Trump has to fight back and fight back hard. Not just for himself and his family, but for every last conservative.
It’s unclear if his case will get any traction. But it is a powerful rebuke against a corrupt party that will not rest until they destroy the 45th president.
