What’s Happening:
In recent years, we’ve seen Democrats launch endless attacks against Donald Trump. Pelosi led her J6 commission. Biden’s DOJ raided Trump’s home, accusing him of holding onto paperwork. And the New York AG has gone after his businesses again and again.
But that’s only for starters. One of Trump’s own family members turned against him. She leveled attacks in 2020, to try to sell a book. When that didn’t work, she launched a lawsuit against her own family. She’s probably regretting right about now.

Former President Donald Trump won dismissal of a multi-million dollar fraud lawsuit filed by his niece, Mary, who accused him and his siblings of defrauding her of her minority share of the family business…
“It is encouraging to see one frivolous suit after another be tossed,” Trump attorney Alina Habba said in a statement. “I am happy the Trump family can put this ridiculous case to rest.”
Mary Trump not only turned on Donald, but his other siblings. Mary, his niece, had along attacked her uncle, seemingly for media attention. Her book aimed at attacking the 45th president seemed to fail to interest readers.
So, she sued Trump and other family members over a stake in the family business. But New York Supreme Court Justice Robert Reed threw out the case, another big win for Trump. It seems that most lawsuits against him just don’t stick.
We’ve seen other desperate characters try to drag Trump into court. They not only lost but were forced to pay his legal bills. Will that end up being the case for Mary Trump, who seems dead set on dragging her family through the mud?
This victory comes just hours before Trump’s “big announcement.” Good news like this will only fuel the former president and his still-vocal base of supporters.
We have to wonder why hope Democrats have with their other lawsuits and cases against Trump. Democrats have been using and abusing their political power to derail Trump since 2016. Even Obama tried to stop Trump, by launching FBI investigations against him.
But again and again, the left has failed. Heck, if a literal family member’s attacks on Trump collapse, what hope does Letitia James have?
Maybe they should try to beat him fair and square. Doubt it’ll work.
