Have you heard about what’s going on in Virginia? The home of many Founding Fathers and writers of the 2nd Amendment has been taken over by Washington liberal elites.
Democrats have control of both the governorship and the legislation. And thanks to that, they are pushing some of the most radical gun control laws in the country.
In response, nearly 90% of the state’s counties have declared themselves gun sanctuaries. Even the far-left attorney general has warned them it won’t work.
Liberals protected their governor, even after his blackface scandal. Now he is striking back by beefing up the budget.
All in the name of arrest law-abiding citizens.

The budget bill (HB30) includes an appropriation of a quarter million dollars to carry out a host of gun control measures that Northam and his anti-gun allies hope to enact.
The $250,000 is appropriated to the Corrections Special Reserve Fund in order to provide for the “increase in the operating cost of adult correctional facilities resulting from the enactment” of Northam’s gun control measures.
Wow. We always say elections have consequences. We are seeing it happen in Virginia right now.
The Democrat-controlled government is increasing their budget, anticipating the many Americans they arrest over their abusive gun control laws.
Northam’s overwhelmingly restrictive gun control laws will result in the arrest of perhaps thousands of Virginia residents.
Seeing this, he is already putting more money into expanding their jails. Pathetic.
The 2nd Amendment is under fire in the state. Citizens who simply want to exercise their rights will be thrown in jail.
What’s next, Northam? You gonna call up the National Guard to arrest school children praying in school?
There’s no telling what these leftists will do, if we let them.
