Just One Week Before The Inauguration – President Trump’s Approval Rating Is Holding Steady Near His High

What’s Happening:

It seems like the media, Democrats, and even some Republicans blame Trump for everything that happened in D.C.

The establishment hasn’t stopped pointing the finger. Even the House is trying to remove Trump from office via impeachment.

The message is not that much different from what they’ve been saying about him since 2016. But what are Americans thinking right now?

As usual, it’s not matching the MSM.

From Rasmussen Reports:

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll, Sponsored by SLANTED from Sharyl Attkisson, for Monday shows that 49% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Fifty-one percent (50%) disapprove.

As usual, the media’s narrative does not reflect the public’s attitude toward Donald Trump.

Despite the endless barrage against him in recent days, even from GOP members, his approval among voters remains strong.

Democrats are trying to use the upheaval of last week as an excuse to forcibly remove Trump from office. Their goal is obvious: to ensure that, even after he leaves on January 20, he won’t be able to run again.

Many have wondered if Trump will go in for a 2024 bid. But if Democrats are successful in impeaching and removing him (a longshot), then he won’t be able to.

But even as the media continues to slam the president, with only days left in his administration, it seems the American people are refusing to march to their tune.

Roughly the same number of people approve of his job as have through the end of last year, post-election. That’s saying something, considering what the left has tried to pin on him.

Do you support President Trump? And would back him if he returns to politics?

Key Takeaways:

  • Rasmussen’s daily approval has Donald Trump at 49%.
  • Even after the media blamed him for January 6, many Americans continue to approve of him.
  • Many wonder if he will return to politics for a 2024 bid.
